About Stephen Rodway

Stephen Rodway leads the Marketing Automation & Customer Journey initiatives for 3M Australia & New Zealand and is a member of 3M’s global Digital Resource Center. With 20 years Sales, Marketing & Channel Management experience across various 3M businesses - in addition to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications - Stephen recently led the ANZ region in 3M’s global Marketing Automation deployment. While this was not the first Marketing Automation deployment managed by Stephen, it was, and may likely remain, the largest.

3M has 90,000 employees, 26 diverse business units and operations in 70 countries. Stephen will share some of his and 3M’s insights, tips and challenges experienced from implementing one single marketing automation platform across the variety of all 3M subsidiaries, businesses, markets and brands.
